Who knew, freezer paper! Love this "hack" for using up scrapes. Setting blocks on point is one of my favorite ways to add interest to a quilt!

I just finished a quilt top with blocks on point. I didn't have the formula, but I used a ruler designed for figuring out what size to cut my triangles. I did cut them a bit bigger and it worked out fine. I love how you matched your outfit to the colors on your model quilt. And I can't help but keep looking at your fabric stash behind you (with envy of course). Hopefully you will talk about that one day. I have been loving all your videos. Keep them coming.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’ve always wondered how to set on point - I’m dyslexic and just couldn’t wrap my brain around it. Wound up “shelving” the idea. I appreciate the explanation - and I’ll be tuning in again to watch you 😊 for you next videos to learn more. Thank you

Great exposition to demystify this method by clear presentation of fundamentals. I keep these on my board so I can reference easily, Thanks to Deb and Pythagoras (1.414 is the square root of 2 which is the diagonal measurement calc for all right triangles)

Thank you so much!! I was trying to make a table runner from my own head that consisted of making blocks on point. I eventually put all of my fabric away because I just couldn't quite figure it out! You just gave me hope that I can finish it!! Thanks again for the Tips and Tricks videos! I have several of your rulers and enjoy them!
