what should be the text height for dimension, notes , headings ,? for A4 and A3 size paper

For A4 1:1, 0.3" Height is good. For A3 1:1, 0.9" to 1".

For 1:1000 font size and dimensions arrow ➡ size should be in between 2.5 to 3 its best I use the same

it's depends on your drawing size agr ap ki drawing ki total length A4 Size k equal hy ya is se choti hy tu ap 1:1 ya 100% rakh skte hian, another way agr ap ko Scale par print ni krna tu ap 1:1 pe scale kr k Autofit ka option use kr skte hian jo normal print k leye use kea ja skta hy. ahse krne se scale autoset ho jata hy.
