Anyone who has issues doing this via an Android phone; Borrow an iPhone from a friend, download the app "Easy Security" and sign in through that and follow the procedures here. I tried for hours using my Android phone but the permissions thing seemed to cause the connection to fail. Once you have setup/paired with the device, it should be linked to that account that you signed in with, so you don't need to keep using an iPhone, you should be able to log into your Android phone and see the system. ========================================================= Also, for any Virgin Media router users, to make your router compatible: Login to the router home page at 192.168.0.1/ Because the alarm system only connects to routers running on 2.4GHz, you need to split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals to send out over different SSIDs You can do this at "192.168.0.1/?wifi_settings&mid=WirelessSecurity" after you login. The 2.4GHz can be set to 802.11b/g/n mixed at "192.168.0.1/?wifi_radio&mid=WirelessSignal" For the devices in your home, you will typically want to connect to the 5GHz SSID because it has advantages over the 2.4GHz signal. You may not see the 5GHz SSID when you are far from your router so bear that in mind.
