Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases. I am still getting the same can anyone help?

I got sorted,thanks. Go back to Edit the system environment variables then, Click Go to Environment Variables click on below (On system variables) then, click on Path then Edit copy the C:\programm from your system. Hope the above is clear enough to help.
