Hello. I have a 2013 Polaris Razer and I have a tolerance on the exhaust valve of 0.13 mm of an inch and on the intake. Only one valve has 0.6mm of inch the other intake valves. Does not enter

Would this cause hard starting when warm? The valves being out of adjustment. Seems like this is a dealer repair. Having the right chart and access to different size shims might be beyond a home mechanic

Is there any ticking or knocking? Anything is a home repair if you have the right tools.

Hi, no ticking or knocking. It starts just fine cold. When warm it takes longer to start. I have changed in tank fuel pump and new spark plugs. That has helped, but its still there. About 5 to 6 seconds with some gas to start. When cold no gas and it fires right up.

Check the valves. Always adjust valves when warm.

I have a misfire on a ranger 900 2018 I try a few things and still have the misfire First was on the PTO CYLINDER and then on the MAG cylinder I try with a different coil, different wires new spark plugs new belt different camshaft sensor even a different ECU/ECM and still have a misfire on one cylinder and on the other cylinder But it only does that at 4500 and up RPM's If it's under those RPM's it runs like a champ, What do you can Recommend or suggest? Thank you

No, the measurement technique will be the same, but you have to swap out the entire tappet instead of just shims.

Are the Tappets for a 2017 SPORTSMAN 450 HO - A17SEA50A1-A5-SEE50A1-SEG50A4 the same as Tappets for a SPORTSMAN 570-450 EFI MD - A17SEA57N1-EE57N1-NL… I cannot find them for the 450 HO.
