I'm quite surprised you can't adjust the time manually in dual time. You can move the minutes and hours separately in home tho

​@@TrendWatchLabI think I was saying the hour and minute hand manually. It wants you to pick a time zone with the seconds hand and then it adjusts to that time separately.
