Keep filling it with water. The inflated part floats to the top above the water which as you add water creates tension on the pool.

Terrible video. Not nearly enough explanation. I tried this and mine came out horrible. Probably lost 10" in height. I'm not going to dump all the water out and fix, now that I've watched it. It would cost me a fortune in water bill. You should explained how the sides needed to be in a certain spot before filling. I'll never buy another one of these, because you care so little for your customers that you want even explain the set up method. A few cartoonish pictures and a crappy video. Thanks for nothing guys.
