For me, it is kind of strange that you need to get a license to produce black soldier flies in Kenya because I live in Costa Rica and in here nobody asks you for anything but your desire to do it. It really bothers me the fact that being Kenia a poor country, the government puts regulations on something that can be really simple and natural. It seems that they restrict these tools to farmers who would like .to get out of poverty. I really appreciate the work of doctor Roseanne because with your videos she informs and educate people who like to begin black soldier flies production. My congratulations to her and all her team and my best regards from Costa Rica!

I’ve been studying black soldier flies for years and how to take care of them. This is by far the best I have ever seen! I learned so much even after listening to so many other people. We will definitely be setting up your systems on our farm. Thank you so much for the coaching! I have of course subscribed to your channel :-) (Your new fan from the United States, Virginia)

Very informative... How to handling in winter season
@shannonjensen38554 жыл бұрын
After trying to keep a little colony going in my bathroom last year, I discovered that black soldier fly will hibernate. If you are trying to keep them going all winter, you’re going to need a climate controlled environment.I’ve seen some people do that with a Plastic barrel and a heat lamp, but that’s just for the larva not for reproducing more eggs.
