Whatya think about a second set of rubber oar stoppers on bigger water? I know a lot of people who row big water like pins and clips because they can keep you from tumbling out backwards but I feel like a second set of oar stoppers accomplishes the same thing and it doesn't really add significant weight to your oars.

Don't the front and back inside straps cause an entrapment hazard being an open loop?
