I have a C Class 2015 year. Once I enter the VIN number and if required to pay. Is the car connected through the app? or I need to do additional connection through the multi media system if yes, how please?

I'm trying to set up on my pc. I have set up UK as country but the system keeps asking for zip code. That field can't be fooled with a UK post code. On the app all my services report 'activation in progress'. Any ideas on these issues please?

For me this new app overs nothing more than the old app . As for car location google maps does that for me.

I am not answering for Rebecca, but in my opinion it's a matter of taste. I own a 2020 E450. I love the design, I also love the BMW. My wife didnt like, the as far as Iam concerned the iconic BMW kidney grill. She perfered the optional lit Benz star in the center of our E450. Both are wonderful cars. But I own a Mercedes-Benz.
