Hi there, I have just purchased a zgemma 2 box but don't have a HDMI socket on my tv in the bedroom so have purchased a AV to scart lead and have connected the AV cables and scart to my TV but my TV is not picking it up. Do you know why this could be or do I need to change any output settings on the box itself?

i've got a little problem with mine. was away for a month and coming back i've found that a few channels on my main Favourites inteface (like SkySports1 & SkyAtlantic) have crashed & are not showing a picture. I need to go Fav - Providers - BSkyB and access the 2nd or 3rd choice of the channel from there in order to watch. So how do i replace the crashed channel on the main Favourites interface with that 2nd or 3rd choice from the BSkyB list?

Hi, I've standard tv outlet throughout my house and used to be able to watch sky in each room due to having the sky box connected via the rf out on the sky box and through an splitter amplifier. Hi mate, I need some help setting up my new Zgemma h.2h box. When I switched it on straight out of the box it shows grey openbox atv logo on the screen. The menu is different and so as the commands as compare to yours. I am tech savvy but this is new to me. How do I even get to the screen or the menu you have. Also my ccam in the box have no cams. I have a sky gift. What am I missing. Help will be much appreciated.

The parsing of channels should take about 15 minutes You will have scanned ireland so itv will be in regional

If you already have the box set up you can add the sky skin, if its the first time go to my website download the backup and it will come with skin pre installed, the download will be a rar file open that and drag the full zgemma folder onto your usb

For setting up the box this was absolutely brilliant so thanks very much for that. The problem I came across was when you came to adding the line I had no clue what you was on about because I didn't have filezilla. Maybe for us newbies you could do a clip about how to set up filezilla. Anyway I figured it out, some may not be able to...Or maybe I missed some info about filezilla somewhere, sorry if I did...

I've taken all the connecting wires out and put them back in again. To view it normally I had to have the ethernet cable connected but whatever I've done to it I can only view the terrestrial channels now. I'm at a loss. The box seems to be working and all the skins/epg is working

+Robin Thomas For a good stable quality picture, I believe it's recommended to have above 5mbs upload and download speeds. Anything lower than the recommended bandwidth and you'll experience more issues.

Great tutorial but I have a problem when i select a sly channel to watch the channel does not change and the box freezes on the picture I was on (fta channel) To explain - watching itv ch 3 then want to go to sly 1 106 the picture freezes on itv any ides? I downloaded your flash and followed your tutorial but im now confused as to why its not working. It did work before I tried all this but your image looked better and tutorial sounded quite easy

trying to add n line to box when i click on newcamd and drag to desktop to edit it there is nothing writing in it like youe one dose it have to have same with the cws in it

+philip coughlan can you check your hard drive on your box and let me no what les r in there so i can compare mine also ftp into box enterd ect then keys files showing up are as . cccamd mg-cfg newcam priority. list replace .list tse r the files no others

This stuff is saved in the box Go to var/keys Right click on newcamd.list View and edit CWS = YOUR LINE Close save and reupload Reboot box If you have a c line it needs to be Ftp go to etc folder Right click cccam.cfg View/edit Put your line in there Save exit reupload Go to bbc1 press blue Softcam manager If you uploaded cccam make sure it has a tick beside it(green to start) then blue to auto start If you uploaded newcamd then you would highlight mgcam and press yellow
