How to Set Up An Ad With BeatStars Promote

Good start. I’d love to see a more comprehensive promote system in the future that includes things like estimated reach as well as targeting certain audiences. At the moment this just blasts out your beat to anyone. If I promote a 6LACK type beat there’s a high chance I’ll be wasting money since the beat will be shown to people who aren’t even into that style. I’ve tried the promote system for a bit and it’s decent enough; just needs fine tuning and some extra details.

great how you can explain how to promote, but does not say where the ads show, the difference between paying 5 a day and $5,000 a day. your ad against other adds or again where and how long does this ad stay up? does it pop up for an hour a day? is it a small ad big ad is it just promoted through beatstars? to many questions before id pay money.

Simple question. The more money you spend per day, does it matter? More exposure? Say I spend 5 bucks per day over 5 days as opposed to 10 bucks per day. Is there a difference?

I think there is more exposure and you will get priority over others. You notice on some lists the entire top 5 are ads, and those people are probably the ones paying lots of money daily. I think the best thing to do, and what I'm doing, is start a campaign for $5 a day, and see how it helps you.

@@larzsmith1214 I actually have only gotten 2 sales, neither during a promotion. What it does do is give you followers, and then someone is more likely to buy a beat later on because it seems like you are more popular

This system is pathetic until you introduce target audience, for 2 beats (5$ each for one day, promo run same day on this 2 beats) i got +200 plays, 3 reposts, 2 comments and 5 free downloads + 2 people add my beat to their public playlists on bs, without promotion anyway, during my week, I managed to get about 200 plays and 30 downloads of one beat, so I don't know if this promote system is currently any helpful (unless you can spend $ 100 a day on promotions, hoping that their system will show your ads to those "really interested")

@@DEARZISMO If you have available promo credits, it will use those up completely first and then charge your available payment method once they have run out if your budget exceeds your available credits.

There is some issue with the promoting of the profile, at the last step there is no create campaign button and i cannot finalize the campaign nor see what ive selected. hope its fixed soon

I did it for a while and everyone seems to be somewhat a bot. There need to be clarity it doesn't make sense the only people seeing your ad's are Beatstars producers 💯 not ok there needs to be more detail breakdowns and campaine Targeting because No-one knows who is seeing ad's. Waited 💰
