@@gothenburgbastards3095 Underneath the covered panel, there's a bunch of metal relays that look like bent metal, just clean those pieces of metal and you should be ok. Also, my blade was off track, my staff fixed that in a few seconds.

I cant get this cutter to cut properly for nothing. I have adjusted the blade, ive adjusted the pressure and i either get one or two I can get it to cut but the blade drags or i cant get it to cut at all -Test square not deep enough. Adjusted blade, adjusted holder, adjusted pressure. Cut/plot: material size is not 24" it is 13.780. Says R19, should be R31.

Hi friend, regarding for the length of blade, if you cut the sticky vinyl, it is recommended that the blade protrude the blade holder about 0.5mm, it means you only can feel it with your finger. If other materials, tip length is 2/3 of the material to be cut, if too long, the material will be cut bad, too short can not cut through, you can try more than once. The distance from the white guard strip to the tip of the blade should be kept at 2mm-3mm. For the setting of speed/pressure, cutting different materials and different file sizes, the requirements are not the same, can not be generalized. For example, if you cut the common vinyl, larger than 2cm of the letters, at a speed rate of 500-600mm/s and the pressure setting at 200-250g will be ok. If the letter is smaller than 2cm, in order to ensure the precision and suggest that set the speed at 25-50mm/s. Any other questions, please feel free to contact us at [e-mail].
