How To Set Up AOK L18058 DTF Printer

AOK L18058 DTF Printer Is Newest DTF Printer Model Which Released in Mid 2023. Compare With L1800 (Discontinued Model), the print speed increased more than100%. It takes about 3-5 Minutes Print a sheet of A3+(13*19in.) film with AOK RIP software.
Also the print head not easy to get clogged as L1800 Printer.
To set up AOK L18058 Printer,please do steps below
1.Connect the ink tubes and waste ink Tank
2.Test The White Ink Stirrer
3.Printer Power On Test
4.Print A nozzle Check To Make Sure Printer Functional Before Fill Up Ink.

We noticed it may reduce the print speed when we print with roll film after 10 minutes continue print. Add a heat sink to the CR motor helps a lot.

@aokprinter I'm having an issue that appears to be the Printer dragging on the images when they print that's causing lines on the image. Can you explain what is happening and a possible solution?

is this printer better than Epson Bt 8550 for dtf?

It should have the same print quality, but you'll definitely have issues with the original 8550. The original ink system had a lot of problems. 8550 white ink tubes/cartridges/printheads will not last longer than 3 months. 8550 build-in Ink tank is not allowed you to shake the white ink . The tank nozzle is under the ink tank, so the deposited white ink will clog the ink tube. The orginal dampers is nozzle-free design, not flushable .
