Is this video outdated? I couldn't see any custom keyword settings on my end, and the FAQ isn't displaying on my Facebook Messenger, even though I set it up and turned it on.

No custom keyword and no start from scratch. Why do Meta keep changing things. It's so annoying and unstable! The number of hours I've wasted on the backend.
