Sir i am a ca final student and my dad is in CA practice. My dad switched over from industry to practise 14 years ago. A very sad and harsh reality of ca practise that he faced and i could see in todays time is that a certain one or two communities hold majority of businesses and they prefer Ca only of their community for audit. It does not matter how good ur work is and its unfortunate that this biasness over certain caste and religion which should be irrelevant has seeded so much in our profession.

ICAI is doing nothing for it's fresher CA in practice apart from charging annual fees and providing webinar. Institute is doing everything only for it's old member . No Audit work is available to fresher CA . What is the relevance of Auditors degree. ICAI has just made joke to our profession.

Sir, we all think that we get to learn more in small size or mid size firm. N we get less exposure in big 4. But sir, my frd was working in a small firm for 4 years n she knew everything in the firm, n when she joined some other firm after that for job , she found that whatever she had learnt in the previous firm was different n the work done here is different.... So in this case how does her previous experience matter now...

Mr Neeraj and Anirudh first of all check the cover photo which you are using for your video. This is not your picture. This is my relative. You both are chartered accountant, you should know that you can't use the image of anyone without his permission. It is illegal. Just remove it.
