For example, is there a way to create multiple users and distribute calls among them? 3.Is there an option in GoHighLevel to add hold music for customers during calls? Yes it's my main business phone number.. so basically when the client press 1 and connects the call say I don't answer it goes directly to my voice mail on my personal number. Because of this the call can't be see as Busy, canceled or no answer and it can't intiate the voicemail on the IVR and the missed text workflow i have if the call is missed after the voicemail on IVR@@automatewithusama

Yeah basically if you want to intiate any kind of text back into the IVR seems like you can't because if it redirects to the personal voice mail it thinks the call is complete. Do you know any other way to create a text back if the call is missed through the IVR?@@automatewithusama

This option works per subaccount or I can set to receive calls from all my subaccounts. Is there an option that allows me to do this? I have a person and I would like her to receive calls from all my clients.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. This can be setup in each sub-account, in your use-case I am thinking that it might be possible if the same person is added as a user in all sub-accounts and the calls are forwarded to his/her personal number
