No Ink cartridge is automatically delivered to you before you need them, meaning you’ll never run out. PIXMA Print Plan is a subscription service based on the page plan you choose, not the cost of the ink cartridges you use. Depending on your expected monthly print needs you select the appropriate plan for you. You only pay for the fixed monthly cost of your plan and any overage costs. You don't pay for inks or their delivery cost as this is all included in your monthly plan fees.

stupid buy ink cardridge, this model ink cardridge have double expensive than olden similar printer, this use PG-575 ink cardridge and old use lot cheapen 545 cardridge, same cardridge but new have too expensive, better use CISS system ink pottles external at printer, cost cheapen than cardridge but can printing lot lot lot more papers, ink have cheapen and need only add pottle to tube to cardridge and newer not ink end.
