Could be a couple things. The new IOS update or there might be a setting off on your events manager.

How do you verify a business account on Facebook?

Go to business.Facebook.com and under the info section you should be able to fill yours in.

I was looking for the lead event setup which you didn't cover. Nor did you cover how to set up the ad-sets performance goal to properly map to the conversion events that are called out in workflows - both items I was looking for regarding Facebook API and Highlevel were not covered...

Change the purchase event to lead event…

The API is the token code. If you want in form Facebook lead ads change the trigger to Facebook lead form
