Thank you, I've been looking to start prone for a while... Had no clue where to start when it comes to gear. This video helped loads. 🙏 just a question for you guys, you mention the size of board corresponding to weight. What about height does that matter? Im 183cm by the by🤙🏾

Body Height can play a part in choosing the best foil board size while volume / weight ratio is important. Generally riders will choose a board size shorter than their actual height depending on surf background, but board length is personal preference these days with some choosing longer than their height and others pushing the short size limit- best to try a few options to see what suits your style the best -- enjoy.
