i am having trouble with adding a user in Hubspot, the create a user icon is greyed out , when i hover it says i need to be authorized to created a user and when i try to edit my permission it says i need ti be authorized to edit a permission meanwhile i am the one that opened the account and i am a super admin .

This is out of date - none of the areas you talk about are on the top of the dashboard - most are now under settings but and there is no page under Meetings that looks like yours.

If I add a note saying I texted a contact today, Hubspot does not update the Last Contacted Date. What does it take to update this date?
