Hi there thanks for this video. I’ve just bought the bullet 2c. I’ve gone through the set up and I’m currently looking at my backyard via the Imou life app. However I don’t have the spotlight or the siren or hardly any of the options that I should have. All I have is snapshot and record. Any ideas why this might be?? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info but I am wanting to connect this camera to my network and view the footage via Ispy. No one seems to do this can you please supply information on how to do this or a video. I am under the understanding it can be connected via either ethernet or wifi can you please explain or provide a video.. TIA Tim.

That camera is not good for video surveillance. Field of view might 120°but Field of detection 15 to max 20°. Software is very messy. It does not do the job if you want to make video surveillance within 20m.

I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time. They make updates every 2 weeks. Until the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update. Now the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up. Although I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply. The camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one. They update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat. And so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone. Better in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.

Salve ! Lee complimenti per il video, penso che sei l' uomo giusto per aiutarmi a configurare la mia Bullet 2S 4mp. Però c'è un piccolo problema la Lingua purtroppo non conosco L'inglese. Ho un NVR IMOU e devo associare la telecamera ,ma non ho internet si può configurare in locale la telecamera? Con l'app sul telefono lo scaricata . Come devo fare mi puoi spigare se ti è possibile? I installed successfully when I click to see live view it asks a customized encryption can not figured out what the hell it is asking for already tried safety code given on camera surprisingly I m receiving motion detection notifications in my phone but can not live view...help me out here if you anything about this issue.

@@misternobody8332 Try to get something from the company, such as XIAOMI, they are very good compared to those. I discovered the problem, they do frequent updates and periodically choose several hundred users and, they damaged my sd card and you can't fix them anymore. 2 good cards tested on the same day on the same camera, they are blocked on reading, they can no longer be written, I tried to repair them and they cannot be repaired with anything, you can no longer write to them, if they come with another card I will spoil that one too. The camera can be used, but you need to buy storage online. It does not work to take the recording from the card, it is in a different format.
