Love this! I’m working on going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. I can get so much more done before the family is awake! I don't mean this as a criticism. Please don't take it that way. I think I have ADHD. The music in the background is very distracting to me when I listen to this video.

YEP. I never understand music in the background of a video where someone is talking. I also find it very distracting.

I’m not normally distracted by background music, but the beat of this music calls too much attention to itself and is distracting.
