If you open the paper tray you would see on the left side a white arrow with a blue mark around it around 1.37 minutes you need to push it down and then slide it in to close it completely, the reason the paper tray stayed out is because the A4 paper was loaded See this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/mpeyZaqdntGhiNk
