If they are paying through Skool, and if they don't pay, Skool locks them out automatically But if you are collecting payments outside of Skool, then it's a challenge to automate it at the moment, you need to remove them manually You can come to our Skool so we can hang out and build more together: www.skool.com/premiumlife

What happens if someone opts out of the external payment? Does it also automatically stop them from having access to the paid content?

@@brandonnel7620 Hmm, if you are collecting payments externally of Skool (via Stripe or any other app for example), if they cancel, you need to remove them from Skool paid content manually, there is no Zapier option to do that automatically But if they are paying you through Skool, then if they cancel, they will automatically lose access to the community and any content in there Come to my Skool to hangout and discuss all of this: www.skool.com/premiumlife/about
