What would be difference between using TAGS and Classes. It looks like they can achieve the same thing? When would you use them together or would you?

Both tags and classes can help categorize transactions in QuickBooks, but in different ways. Hmmm - can you explain what is happening a bit further? Did you click on the offer and you didn't see the 12 month discount? are the tags visible to the client? for example if we tag an invoice with the customer type then we email them the invoice to pay, do they see our tag categories for them or only viewed within quickbooks?

I'm new to qbo, I'm not an accountant, but if I tag things, for example, could I do it by job. For example, I own a cleaning company, can I tag the jobs janitorial, one time, deep cleans, airbnb, etc?
