How do I 'repeat' the signal? This 1620 creates a new wifi signal (Adds EXT to the end) that I have to switch my WiFi signal to every time.

Yes but still In my mac I got a "WPA" not enabled .... and then it connected. But in older devices I had problems.

Hello. If I want to make a network drive for my devices, but the laptop is on the extender Wifi, and the Main PC (with the drive) is connected to the base router via cable, then can the laptop see the network, and the network drive?

My router doesn't have a wps button, therefore I must use step 2. I am currently having an issue where I plug in the extender (yes, near the router) and it flashing amber, yet when I look on the available networks on a wireless computer, it does not show up, would anyone know a possible fix?

my router dosent have a WPS button either but if i hold down the 2.5ghz button for a couple of seconds the wps light flashes and it all connects, see if that works for you

I can’t find it either. It would fully set up with 3 bars signal strength and when I put in the password (which is on the back of the extender which they say in the video) for “extended” it says my pass word is incorrect. I’m having difficulty and a man in the comments said you had to go to their website.

It says "incorrect password" when I input the exact same one I use to connect to my router. Im selecting "show password" so I can attest I'm not typing it wrong.

Same issue here with the message or error CAN'T find IP seem like the main router update Ip every 24 hours and I got disconnected for 2 hours until the extender update as well try to factory you main router and the dab 1620 as welll

DLINK, what means if instead of 3 GREEN linghts, is only middle green but in ORANGE color????? There is nothing in damn manual about orange color in the MIDDLE OF THAT 3 GREEN LIGHTS !!!!! (is not the orange small color until connects, but the middle "supposed to be green" that light solid orange)

Your device is a piece of shit junk that will not setup. What a waste of my money and bloody time. I spent 3 hours trying to get it to work with either WPS or manual setup. AND EVERY TIME IT WENT TO SVE IT LOST ITS SHIT. DSL3900 was the connecting device. AS for activating the WPS setting in router, unable to find such a setting in the router GUI. Just a complete waste of time and money.
