There is a notable mistake in this video. Around 1:43, a spacing of "less than half an inch or 55 mm" is mentioned. Half an inch is roughly 13mm if memory serves, meaning 55 mm would be a distance of over two inches.

This is fairly useless information. It tells you all the obvious and intuitive stuff but leaves out the most critical part: how to align the sensor and magnet so the unit actually works.

Blue by ADT is not a real service. I removed a few of my sensors and all I received were emails that my sensors were removed. Where as when I had ADT if any of my sensors were moved I received a call and the Police were at my door. Pay a little more and get a real alarm system. I’m very dissatisfied with their customer support and that ADT has an agreement with them. Who in ADT thought this was a credible idea? SMH

I’ve reset these piece of crap magnets 5 times and press down the sensor reset near the battery . Put battery back in repaired it to hub .. it’s set to online status. It went off and defaulted to open half way through the night and set off the bulgarly alarm. I have the magnets really close together . They have shit signal . Come on now. Customer service will tell you to come to KZbin. Why do I pay then ? The sensors like to default to open and they don’t notify their customers of this? They don’t monitor correctly .
