The UPSC Exam is acclaimed as the toughest exam in India, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, India's premier central recruiting agency. Many aspire for life after UPSC. UPSC aspirants start their preparations not just months, but years ahead, coping with the UPSC syllabus, getting geared up for clearing UPSC and figuring out the best methods on how to crack UPSC, how to prepare for UPSC in a manner that they clear UPSC Prelims, UPSC Mains and get through the UPSC interview stage. An Aspirant must have a clearly laid out daily routine for these strategies, Vaibhav has explained his daily routine in order to become a UPSC topper.
But we all have a misconception about who can crack UPSC and live the UPSC life- only toppers! Well here's a Josh Talk to clear our misconceptions, the story of an average student, Vaibhav Chabbra who cleared the UPSC exam and got into the Indian Engineering Services.
An inspiration to all the engineering graduates, Vaibhav Chhabra, got AIR- 32 from Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&T) in IES/ESE 2018. With 8 backlogs and 56% marks during his B.Tech, Vaibhav Chhabra is today a respected IES and UPSC success story.
If You have ever asked yourself how an average student clear UPSC, How to clear UPSC in the first attempt or how to crack UPSC without any coaching, then this video is for you.
Josh Talks passionately believes that a well-told story has the power to reshape attitudes, lives, and ultimately, the world. We are on a mission to find and showcase the best motivational stories from across India through documented videos and live events held all over the country. What started as a simple conference is now a fast-growing media platform that covers the most innovative rags to riches success stories with speakers from every conceivable background, including entrepreneurship, women’s rights, public policy, sports, entertainment, and social initiatives. With 7 regional languages in our ambit, our stories and speakers echo one desire: to inspire action. Our goal is to unlock the potential of passionate young Indians from rural and urban areas by inspiring them to overcome the setbacks they face in their career and helping them discover their true calling in life.

I don't know why people blame engineering, ask to any engineero is he/she really given his/her time to learn the concepts of their branch, 99% students just grasp the things a night before exam, just wasting time in seeing series of movies then just blame engineering ki job to Mili nahi.

Life is a journey that must be traveled no matter how bad the roads are. Vaibhav Chhabra, I am very happy to see that you have secured AIR-32 rank and become an Indian engineering service officer. But remember this is just a start, there is a long way ahead, so you better put the seat belt on and keep believing yourself. With your great judgement, practicality in approach and strong backbone, you can make a lot of difference. -Mukul

To dream the impossible dream, to fight the unbeatable foe, to bear with unbearable sorrow, and to run where the brave dare not go to right the unrightable wrong, and to love pure and chaste from afar, to try when your arms are too weary, to reach the unreachable star: this is my quest. To follow that star no matter how hopeless, no matter how far, to fight for the right without question or pause, to be willing to march, march into hell for that heavenly cause.

Very touchest part is to deal with the surrounding those sarcastic smiles and questions ohh you did engineering, what are you doing now , when will you get job , you can try something else everyone is not able to make , how many more attempts you need , settle down as early as possible , get married why are you wasting your time as they are the only one who took all the money responsibility of my marriage , what if you just waste your years and years and not able to clear , study hard study focused as we don't know these things yet before they told us, Its way more difficult to deal Every time pull ourselves up And keep ourselves calm completely mute and reach to the peak level of patience by only one thought that ONE day SUCCESS will mute every single person

hii sir. i have a doubt. that is i completed my b tech in 5 years instead of 4 years. because of my backlogs it takes extra one year to complete my b tech. i got 60 percentage in my b tech. is am i eligible for psu jobs ? and i am interested to write ies exam. but in ies notification in educational qualification they clearly mentioned that the candidate with only grade A and grade B percentage of marks are eligible to apply. i got C grade in my certificate because of my 60 percentage of marks. so please suggest me is am i eligible for ies exam ? because i have one year backlog and i got C grade.
