Yes there is no internal storage on this dash cam so you will need a memory card

So mine came in the mail today, I’m excited and all. In the setup process now, I kept on getting a “No connection “ error on the DashCam, I reset everything and same thing, I don’t know what else to do, I’ve waited so long for this device to reach my country and now I’m hating it for that reason. i got answer already ..u should to switch off wifi then u able to surf internet.. when you start engine and dash cam automatic active and record..but incase if you want to watch video has been record then u need to on wifi
