The tendency for these companies to go out of business is that, confusing programs, not even the owner of Ricoh understands them. The Chinese are doing things better with their printers. The work programs of Chinese printers are more agile, and not as complicated as those of the United States. and their great brands but they stun customers in their handling, thanks for the explanation that really was of no use.

In the first go I appreciate your work. Secondly I need your help as when I print I get back side of my printed. Which is light ink at top which sometimes removable. Kindly guide how to get rid of it. I shall be grateful 🎉🎉🎉
