but most prop firms have a rule of mandatory stop-loss, so if we don't copy that it could be a violation right? in these cases, copy stop loss become necessary.. or is there a way that prop firms know that a trade copier is being used so not using a stop loss is exempted?

Yes, in that case just leave 'copy stop loss' turned on. You can always extend it manually if you like, the slave trades will always close when the master trade closes.

Do you allow copy-trading for high-frequency scalping from mt4 to mt5?

Unfortunately not, HFT will struggle to copy through a trade copier as the trades are only open for a split second. So it will not work if you are using a true HFT bot. It will only work if you are taking trades for more than a few seconds, but genuine HFT will not work through the copier.

Hey I've few questions 1: can i set a mt4 demo acc as master acc and a tft challenge acc as slave acc? 2: for 1 master to connect with 1 slave acc , do I've to pay for 1 acc per year or 2 acc per year 3: with a % risk being set , dose that mean if i use 5% risk on 100k acc and it hits the SL now equity will be 95k , so the next time it execute a trade will it be a 5% of 95k? 4: can we have a fixed equity set for SL instead of %? 1. Yes absolutely! 2. 1 master and 1 slave would be 2x accounts, $20 per month or $200 per year. 3. Yes that's correct, it is calculated from your current balance (not equity). 4. Currently the only SL and TP you can copy are the ones placed on your master account.

so to clarify. With the risk multiplier with your 1% risk example. say you choose to do 0.5% risk instead of your normal risk instead. Will it adjust to the 0.5% for both accounts at the 100% multiplier or can does it only default to 1%? I assume it will adjust?

It will match the master risk size, if you trade 0.5% on the master, the slave would also trade 0.5% risk.

Hey I have a question. If I set my risk at 1% but on one trade, I want to risk 0.5% do i have to chance it or can I let the 1% risk stay and use a lotsize calculater to use 0.5%? and than is my question if the account will use the 0.5% or will it automatically chane to 1%? Kind regards

Hello. Is it possible to set a risk of 1% in USD as well. F.i., I set a risk per trade as $200 in Expert Advisor, which is 1% of balance. The same approach I'd like to use in Trade Copier..

Hello, I have one question about the 'copy pending order'. If you put a limit on your "master account," does this limit also come on your "slave account"? But if the limit of the master account is activated and not that of your slave account (due to spread). Then the copy pending order causes this trade to be set by market execution on your slave account, right? But if it is automatically set by market execution, what happens to the limit on your slave account? Is it automatically removed if you are then in it via market execution or is there a chance that your limit will then also be triggered causing you to be in the trade with double risk?

Or is it like this: when you put this setting off. If you have a limit on your master account it doesn't place the limit on the slave account. But once the limit activates on your master account it does market execution on all your slaves account? So that you are in on all trades no matter the bad market conditions, right? And when you activate the setting it copies the pending orders or limits on all your account but this can mean due to the bad market conditions on some brokers or prop firms that you aren't in the trade on some accounts, right?And therefore it is better to just put the setting off and only place a limit on your main account and once it activates it does market execution on all the slave account, right?

Hello! When it comes to trading brokers that have different pricing feeds, it can causes issues, but if you follow our default recommended settings it will open and close trades based on the timing and not the actual market price, this is what most users do and it works well in this situation. Do not set: - Copy Pending Orders - Copy Stop Loss - Copy Take Profit This way, the slave trades will open and close as and when the master trades open and close, based on time and not market price. This helps mitigate differences in pricing feeds between brokers.

One question like if i place a 0.15 lot on master account and i want it copy on my other account with 10x (1.5lot) setting, is that setting available on that ? Like if i place 0.05 lot i want it 10x (0.5lot) on my other account

You can just use a Balance Multiplier 100%, provided you're risking 1% on your master all your slaves will risk 1% per trade too, regardless of their account balances.

At the moment you can only copy trades between MT4, MT5 and cTrader with TradingView integration coming in the future. However, you can connect to TradingView with MT4 OANDA credentials. This is a workaround so you can use our copier through TradingView 👍
