If anyone on Mac is having trouble, a temporary fix I found was to do "file" > "save as" > "PNG" then "print" > "paper size" > "4x6in". I think making sure your printer setting is set to the right paper size will help!

What MUNBYN do not tell you is that you CANNOT connect your laptop to the Bluetooth printer, you HAVE to use the USB cable. Also, you cannot use their official app with your smartphone because…. it doesn’t connect via Bluetooth 😂😂😂! You couldn’t make this up if you tried, instead, you have to use Labellife which is okay, but you cannot save your designs, so if you wanted to reprint a label, you have to start all over again! All of this information was supplied to me via their WhatsApp support service!

Ok tbis tbing is junk. I’m trying to use on iPhone which it says you can. The only reason I got it ! Click Bluetooth it don’t even show up. The fact that there are apps for iphone/android implies that it should connect via Bluetooth. So the app is worthless. I spent hours working in word and pdf trying to print. Absolute nightmare.

MUNBYN app is super outdated. User experience on desktop is extremely bad. If you want to edit text, it is painful on a Mac. The app on mobile is better but layouts, fonts, templates are so kiddish. They have spent a lot in giving it to influencers but they should focus on the app. The print direction will do your head in and you’ll waste labels trying to figure it out. It is poor programming. The first label is always wasted each time you change labels. When will MUNBYN update the app? I was so angry it took so long to print a shipping label from Amazon, I gave up, wasted so many labels. I took out my ink jet and printed the shipping label and used tape. So much faster. Hen diu lian. The staff sending the labels keep sending the wrong label and after the 3rd attempt, they stopped responding. Poor customer service.
