If anyone on Mac is having trouble, a temporary fix I found was to do "file" > "save as" > "PNG" then "print" > "paper size" > "4x6in". I think making sure your printer setting is set to the right paper size will help!

My royal mail label QR codes (from ebay) are not scanning can you advise what the issue is ?? The QR codes are not coming out very sharp and printing quality seems quite poor. What MUNBYN do not tell you is that you CANNOT connect your laptop to the Bluetooth printer, you HAVE to use the USB cable. Also, you cannot use their official app with your smartphone because…. it doesn’t connect via Bluetooth 😂😂😂! You couldn’t make this up if you tried, instead, you have to use Labellife which is okay, but you cannot save your designs, so if you wanted to reprint a label, you have to start all over again! All of this information was supplied to me via their WhatsApp support service!

Ok tbis tbing is junk. I’m trying to use on iPhone which it says you can. The only reason I got it ! Click Bluetooth it don’t even show up. If it’s Bluetooth it should show there like everything else Bluetooth does no. What the heck with these dumb things ong. Def going back. I even downloaded several diff apps stikk notbing. It gives some b.s about pressing holding the feed button to get it to print your Bluetooth info. All mine does is calibrate the paper. Junk. Don’t sell sinrtbing saying Bluetooth if it’s not.
