Not with this screen unfortunately.. the smaller 8" for the 2025 model will still be wireless but all other trims with the 10.25" are still wired

Great video! But sorry, it's not nice to only connect android auto/Apple carplay via USB cable. It should be wireless.

I agree with you there. Hyundai has started introducing wireless CarPlay and Android Auto to their screens which means it'll probably find its way to Kia in the next year or two. I doubt that an update will be available for existing owners though...

It’s because they use Linux as the operating system for the infotainment. Oddly, they mixed and matched for different models so cars like the carnival and K5 offer wireless connectivity

Just a bit.. some cars in the Genesis lineup had wireless pushed to older models so assuming the Kia world has the same underlying tech it might be able to get added in but full wireless should find its way in the next year or two
