ATTENTION TO ALL YOU POOR SOULS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM! If you're trying to record a game with bandicam and its lagging just go to game recording mode not video recording mode! I've been using video recording mode and checking a billion videos to solve the lag problem and the solution was in front of me this whole time! What works on THPS4? I tried CPU encoding, NVIDIA encoder, saving as AVI or MP4, using H265, using HEVC, putting the game exe compatibility on Windows XP SP2, turning that back off again... none of it works and the game runs at around 12 FPS if I am recording. If I stop recording, it runs at 120 FPS. Even on the menu screens it runs at 12 FPS if I am recording! It recorded THPS 2 and 3 perfectly fine, so why not 4? 🤔

Try this method: 1. Run Bandicam as Admin 2. Change the battery mode to High Performance 3. Open Advanced Graphic Settings in the Display Settings Menu, then add Bandicam and set it to High Performance 4. Update your graphics driver
