Hey Guys, In this video i will show you How to connect two UBNT Litebeam M5 as Point to Point (P2P) mode.

Hi there! Thank you very much for the video. So I will have the exact same setup as you do have, but at the other side, I did not get the point why I have to connect to the ISP. On the AP side, the cable goes to the router, so this provides internet access. The AP side will take the address automatically which I assigned (I hope). Then the station Beam will receive and I can connect that station beam to another router, providing the WLAN to multiple devices right? I don't understand the ISP part. I just ordered, but am unsure, if I need more devices on the station side to provide either a LAN or a WLAN connection... When the stuff arrives, I will try to connect the station to a normal router/ access point, so e.g. mobile devices can access and my stationary pc can as well. Do I have to connect/ have anything else/ is the ISP part necessary? Thank you very much for detailing this out :)

Depends upon your distance between your AP & station. For upto 5km litebeam m5 works. For 5-10 km you have to use power beam

Yes you can connect as many devices you need through a router. If you want to connect more than one router (having different PPPOE connections) then you have to check WDS button in Litebeam Configuration. Hope it answers your question. I suggest you to use Mikrotik LHG 5 on both client's(Station) and ISP's(Bridge) ends. But for better performance and your budget is good then you can use Mikrotik DinaDish because bandwidth throughput of DinaDish is much better than of LHG 5. Yeah it works good. If air traffic is less in your area and also depends upon height of your buildings but you have to configure it as point to point . If it will not works then I suggest you to install uniquiti powerbeam M5.

Reset your wireless device and then configure it again by opening 192.168.1.20. if you don't want to reset it then check its correct IP from ubnt discovery tool. Just download ubnt discovery tool and connect your device to your PC/Laptop.

+ariel rivera you can connect as many stations as you want but litebeam has unidirectional antenna so all the station should be in same direction.
