The whole top lid of the Canon Image Class MF3010 is open and I can't shut it. on the right side the pole thing holding up the cover won't release and the cover is staying up. HOw do I shut the cover?

Try to slide the pole lever that is holding the cover to the front the go backward movement just like I did on this video
