HOW TO SETUP DDPAI APP Connection to Dash Cam iOS & Android Phone Tutorial

My Android App is connected to the Z40. But the preview is just black. But in the Z40 Device screen, there is a preview being recorded. I also cannot download any of the recorded video. What seems to be the problem? Thanks for anyone who can help me.

On my Android cell phone, when I access the device's Wi-Fi network, it says connected without Internet... it accesses the camera but without GPS... and when I access Wi-Fi, it blocks the Internet signal and I can't receive messages or access anything... what could it be?

Hi, 1. When the dash cam connects to your phone via Wi-Fi, it disables Wi-Fi internet, but you can still use mobile data for calls and messages. 2. The GPS is built into the dash cam, and during playback, it shows maps and our driving data in the app Hope these helps ya
