I have LG C3 and SC9S soundbar, when i use HDMI ARC opt and go to advance settings, the dolby atmos turn grey (i can’t turn on or off) but i can turn on the EARC support option at the bottom. Does it mean EARC makes dolby atmos locked so this soundbar is definitely use dolby atmos if i use EARC? If you slowmotion at 1:49, it has the same condition as me, with dolby atmos option turn grey. Additional info, when i use wow orchestra, the dolby atmos option can be turned on and off. Only if i just use the soundbar itself the dolby atmos option can’t be changed

On mine I can only do the Dolby atoms but the EARC is greyed out so I can’t click on up. I’m confused too.

I’m having problems setting the atmos sound. I have the DS95QR with the G3 tv. The soundbar works fine until I watch Dolby Atmos material. Then I can hardly hear anything. It’s just Dolby Atmos. Everything seems to be connected ok. Don’t know what’s wrong 😢

@@TheRealSTR Hey, if you go to the app on your phone, try toggling back and forth with both the DRC and the MULTI-CHANNEL EXPERIENCE (they were set to on as default in my app, I toggled the in and off and finally left them both at ON) after this, I had no issues with the Dolby Atmos. I hope it works for you too!

I wish I paired this with my Samsung 9 series projector instead of the Q900b HDMI arc always malfunctions However, Samsungs Q900b pairs with the 65inch LG flawlessly on the very first try 😤

I can't tell which button you're pressing at 1:53, it's too fast and you don't bother showing the button clearly for some reason.

This way only works if you use optical cable not hdmi

Not optical use HDMI earc cable, HDMI earc is more advanced than optical. Cable should be high speed.
