How to setup Google Cloud Print

On this video you will find how to setup Google Cloud Print using the Chrome Connector and the Cloud Print Windows Service.

What about network printers that are not cloud print ready but are always available on a network without the need of a workstation running chrome or cloud print service?

On the latest Google pixel phones you have to add the Google cloud print service and then you can print directly from the phone as an additional step

Google Cloud Print was deprecated in January of 2021 and is no longer supported.

What if the device doesn't show up in the printer section in the settings? I have a deskjet 3510 all in one and it doesnt appear even when the eprint is on and the printer is connected to the wifi and i have an Acer Chromebook... help??

Hello +sam d. In this case it seems like you still need to configure the printer with the Cloud Print service using the HP tools, I was able to find this link from the HP support center and I hope it helps you to solve this issue h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/Google-Cloud-Print-and-HP-Deskjet-3510-connection/td-p/2858531. If you are still having issue with this I will recommend you to contact the HP Support for further assistance, Google Support can also help you but it will be better if you got first with HP. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately, Google Cloud Printing is no longer available. They removed it altogether from their system. Here's the announcement in short: _Google Cloud Print will be deprecated in December 2020._ _Before the end of 2020: We recommend that you find another way to meet your printing needs._ _Starting January 1, 2021: Google Cloud Print won't be supported. Devices across all operating systems can't print with Google Cloud Print._

Based on this link www.canon-europe.com/support/consumer_products/pixma_wireless_printing_and_app_compatibility/ this is not a Google Cloud Print ready, but you can still use it as a classic printer, watch my video from the minute 3:22 and you will find how to do it. nop, just remember to sign-in to the Chromebook with the user that is the owner of the printer or that has the printer shared to it, and the printer will be listed when you look for it on the Chromebook. hope it helps
