Hi I had the same Problem when i Put the Mop pad on my j5+ combo it emptied the bin because you need to wait until the screen displays ( combo bin Detected ) then you can Mop without any Problems !

You should edit the video to only show the setup. But it sounds like you're trying to figure this out yourself while live filming and we're all going through your ups and downs of all that which is unnecessary.
