Glad to help! RPCS3 is an awesome emulator. Quite surprised how far the development has come along. There is also quite a good list of games that do work online as well via RPCN (RPCS3's emulated servers)

I would not recommend changing your graphic settings like that, but rather on a per game config. That way you don't break other games or always fiddling with settings.

Hi there and thanks for watching! I did hear about the littlebigplanet 3 servers may be going offline for PS4 version of the game. It is always a bummer to hear when that happens. As far as i know the revival group called "beacon" has revived the online functionality for littlebigplanet games 1, 2, and 3.

I followed along with the video and after closing the RPCS3 app then opening it back up again the PPU modules compiled once again. Is that normal?

I personally didn't run into the PPU modules compiling until playing a game. It will do that each time when loading a game but I personally have not had it happen just when launching RPCS3. It could be something hardware related as each computer may vary in components. As long it is not affecting your gameplay I wouldn't worry about it.

Hi there and thanks for your comment. Have you tried this regarding the qt plugins? Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe ? Another suggestion is try this below: " To update your current install of RPCS3 to the latest version: Download the latest version from here: rpcs3.net/download Extract all files from the archive to your current RPCS3 install folder. When asked, confirm that you want to replace all files. Don't worry all your settings, installed games, and save data will not be touched." This was suggested on the RPCS3 Discord help section. discord.gg/rpcs3

Personally I would create a new RPCS3 folder and then download/extract to the new RPCS3 folder and see if it launches. Hi there. You can use external hdd to load up ps3 titles if you have them there. However, installing a backup of your PS3 for plug and play purposes as far as I know is not supported. If you have HEN or custom firmware installed you could file transfer your games, game saves, and other data to your pc. There is more nuance involved, but it can be mostly done.

Hey there and thanks for watching and your question. RPCS3 works without the need of a ps3 console. I personally stil have a ps3 and sometimes use it to help backup my games with the program/homebrew app called multiman. If you have compatible blu-ray drive for your PC you can rip your own game backups. rpcs3.net/quickstart check this site and scroll near the bottom for a list of compatible blu-ray drives if you are interested.

Hi there and thanks for watching and your question. How did your backup for PS3 game? Do you have a compatible blu-ray computer drive? Did you use the ps3 disc dumper tool? I know when I have personally dumped my own game with ps3 disc dumper it will create a folder of the name of the game I backed up. In the video I backed up Arham Origins, and the folder structure will be something like "Batman_ Arkham Origins [BLUS31147]" Then inside that folder it will show folders "PS3_Game" "PS3_Update". Do you know if you are downloading the latest version? rpcs3.net/download Sometimes new build updates can have a slight regression and then it is quickly fixed with another update.

Hi there and thanks for your question. On notice pop up click on "more info" and then you should be able to run/allow the application. You likely also can whitelist/allow RPCS3 as an exception. I hope that will help your rpcs3 emulator setup!

From the RPCS3 Discord Community this is a solution: If you experience an error about vulkan-1.dll being missing, or there is no Vulkan renderer in the settings, or you don't see emulator window at all, then you have broken video driver entries in your system. To fix this: 1. Make sure you have the latest video drivers installed 2. Download vkDiag tool from GitHub: github.com/13xforever/vkdiag/releases/tag/v1.3.3 3. Run the tool to check and fix potential issues, and post the results

Hey there. You can also use a PS3 that has custom firmware or HEN. This allows users to homebrew to rip your personal backups. The app on my PS3 I use is called multi-man.

I personally have not had this issue. Do you a RPCS3 log you can upload to the RPCS3 Discord? You can get it analyzed by the RPCS3 bot in the Discord. It may help finding the cause of the issue you are having. discord.gg/rpcs3

Did you happen to download the needed Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable? That might be a good start if you have not already. Also make sure you downloaded RPCS3 to location on your computer and not to a cloud drive/network location.
