Hi . Purchased TSC345 with automatic cutter for water proof wax printing. Self assembled hardware and software was installed online by Mr Vikas . He handled very professionally and it works fine.. I do recommend for taffeta roll /label printer which is mentioned above. Mr.Naman did guide me patiently and provided complete data on the product suited to my requirement. The entire transaction ( enquiry to ready to use ) took place in just 5-6 working days . Wish the team goodluck.
