How-to Setup Windows XP For Multiple Languages

Hi, Just a simple question: How in the world the default setup language for XP? I mean, that you can choose/select the installation language without the need to do the change once installed. I know there is a way but I have surfed the Internet for days without the solution. This can be possible in Win 7 but I can't figure out for XP. Thanks
