I’ve been wanting to do this all summer. How well does it work for woven dresses? I’m worried about odd puckering from sewing to stretch bra liner.

It won’t work on a woven. For a woven, you’d make a full lining. Coverage but not support.

This is a great way to ease into it. You’re really only “drafting” the side seam and hem of the bra! You can do it!

You just need a stronger fabric for the bra part. But yah, shelf bras are tricky for fuller busts!
