Hi There Sheryl. I have a few questions as usual lol. On the the double needle.. One how to thread it. ( I have issues reading and comprehending directions at times since a brain injury.). Then when you are sewing the hems. Where are you placing the needles inside the hem allowance or🤔 I know you do a wonderful job at trying to get things clear in tutes and those camera angles are tricky. So it's understandable if it's not able to be shown. Then on the kids skirt with the elastic... when you had sew'n it in was the stitching done inside the elastic (zigzaggin) and outside the elastic or completely inside the elastic edge and fabric edges. If that makes sense😁

Hi Florence. It depends on the size of the child. Measure from the waist down to where you want the bottom of the skirt to be. Double that measurement and add about 4" to that. Hope this helps. Stay safe. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.

Hi Sugar. To make the adult size skirt is the same process as the child skirt. Measure your waist and how long you want the skirt to be. Then continue with the steps as demonstrated in the tutorial.
