Hi, Thank you for your excellent two skirt tutorials. First the drawing up of the pattern and now the sewing of the skirt. If I may ask, was your fabric elasticated or not, please. In the tutorial it looks like it might been, by I can't tell for sure. I'm also wondering if you wear a slip with it (if that's not to persona a question, of course) or would you suggest line it? I live in northern Europe where it gets really cold and I would need to wear the skirt with tights or leggings, and knee high winter boots in a couple of months. For now I can wear it with stockings or pantyhose The skirt looks very good on you. i'm just learning to sew and one of the things that I want to do is making a high waisted pencil skirt in a black and white glen check plaid.
