Definitely makes more sense to sew the cuff from the inside. Love the raglan sleeves and your shirt with the short-sleeve version, looks like your models like their pajamas. : )

I ask because I love to make tsirts for the kids, but feel I have to use sewing machibe first and then surge to finish. Thanks for free pattern and demo.

This is designed for stretch fabric. Substituting a woven fabric will not work.
