Just cut out any size of belt and attach it to the side seams before sewing

How can I make it in plus size? How are you doing your measurements?

This is a size 12. I simply used a quarter of my bust measurement on the chest and hip lines. Then I removed ½ inch from that measurement and used it for the waist line.
