What is the came of the heat pens you’re using? I want to see if they are the same as the ones I have. I have the Madam sew ones, which I absolutely love, however, I can’t get the white ones to work. Wondered if you have that issue as well (if they’re the same ones). Thank you for the video!

Hi Michele, not sure of the exact name but I got them from Wawak about a year ago. The white pens are more challenging and require a little extra "elbow grease" but once they work, its amazing!
